Conditions of Reservation & Cancellation Policy
2 Night Minimum stay on weekends (Fri - Sat or Sat - Sun).
Check in time is 2.00 p.m. and check out is 11.00 a.m.
A deposit of 50% is required to secure a booking.
2 weeks notice of cancellation is required for full refund.
There is a $20.00 cancellation fee to cover adminstrative charges.
Within 2 Weeks, refund is subject to re-booking accommodation.
We accept MasterCard and Visa.
Prices quoted are subject to change without notice.
No Smoking inside B&B and Cottage, outside is fine.
Prices include GST.
The Bed & Breakfast and Cottage are not suitable for Pets.
Bed & Breakfast Special Conditions
Children under 15 years of age are suitable for The Retreat only.

The Cottage is self catered.
Cottages are not AAA Rated.
Cottage feature lists specify all inclusions.
Minimum Tariffs are based on 4 people.
Late checkout usually available on request at checkin.
